BOTHER! Listed the wrong size! Too late to amend the listing, 1 bid, 20 watchers. What to do?

Auction ends tonight so too late to amend the listing stating the correct size.

I've sent an email to the bidder explaining this and that I could cancel her bid or if she got the message after it finished to cancel the transaction.

I've really shot myself in the foot! What does one do in this situation? Do I pull the listing out and relist with the right size or do I let it run and explain to the winning bidder the situation then? I think I'll be receiving my first neg :(.

I would end the listing and start again to be honest - not worth the hassle of leaving it and hoping the buyer doesn't mind.

I've tried selecting end on "All selling" but it won't let me.

all you can do is cancel the bids then

ok - what I would do is get a friend to bid on the item for 99p - then end the listing early so they have 'won' it - then cancel the transaction with your friend to get your fees back, and then relist it for the correct size

Not 100% ethical but saves the hassle

Ok - all done. When you relist you could wait until about 8pm - 8.30pm - I find you attract more buyers that way.
