can you withdraw bids?

i only ask as i have a shirt on which was going for 1.20 (2 bids) and is now back to 99p and 1 bid. i am still quite new to this but i thought that once you advertised / bid then you were kind of bound to that? or would it mean there was a problem with my listing?

have just had email from them, bid has been retracted due to incorrect amount being entered.

Some people do change their minds theoretically they should contact you and ask you to remove their bid, but they didn't, you can if you want report them for invalid bid retraction if you wish, however if they bid within the previous hour they can if they wish get the bid removed.
