I hope I can explain myself I opened a new ebay account and was connecting it to my old ebay/paypal for payments. I sold something but forgot to adjust the payment to my paypal and now buyer has made payment but it is pending in my account how do I get the payment into my paypal account.

you have the wrong email address listed for the eBay item? If that is the case log into paypal and then add the email address and then the payment will be there.

hi thanks for your help but i have gone into paypal and added my second email and paypal has sent me email asking me to confirm. I have pressed confirm nothing happened if this happens paypal has given me directions to confirm manually it says go to (to do box) I cant find the to do box can anyone help pls

I don't understand - what happens when you click on the link in the email - it should take you to paypal

either refresh or log out of paypal, log in again and then on the right there is a box which says to do list
