Under-estimated postage - how do I change?

I listed 4 or 5 similar items last week - 2 have ended, 3 are due to end tomorrow. I've put £2.50 for the postage - the items went for 0.99 and 1.04 but the postage actually cost £3.15 each - so once you take off Paypal and Ebay fees, its actually costing me money to sell them!!

I've tried clicking on "revise my item" in My Ebay but it doesn't seem to let me do it - is there anyway I can change my listing?

Any advice gratefully received (and yes, I know its my own fault for not checking beforehand!)

no you can't revise if there are less than 12 hours to go, or if there are bids on the items

You can end the auction and relist, but that will incur more fees
