When offering a best offer is there a generally acceptable percentage/ amount you go lower by?
I've only used best offers a couple of times, once no problem, 2nd time seller didn't even have item in stock. I'm trying to do a best offer now and have just had an offer declined that was only a few pounds below the BIN price and wondered whether I was offering too low or whether it was just this particular seller not really wanting to accept a lower price?
