OK bought item of Gap children's clothing, arrived today, looks diff colour (not bothered about that as picture wasn't clear colour wise, looked navy but is black) and def completely different from the picture - has zips in certain places where the one pictured has none (which i would prefer) the Gap lable looks a little iffy to me - but I can't prove it is fake, though I have a lot of Gap stuff and not all recent season stuff, so can compare and seems dodgy! But without a shadow of a doubt they are different from the ones pictured.

I can't honestly be doing with the hassle, but it annoys me so need to compile message to seller I think?

Send them a message saying it is not the top pictured, and if they want it returning. If you don't mind actually keeping it, say this to them.

It may just be a genuine mistake.

Yes, mail seller -it could be a genuine mistake on their part so good to give them chance to resolve first

no matter what questions I ask she just keeps telling me to retrurn it i was polite and asked how come i had a different item from that pictured - wouldn't answer me, 3 times lol! So, as long as I return recorded - I'm still covered without opening a case?

yes still covered, but you can open a case if you wish. You will just need to enter in the tracking number to show it has been, or attempted to be, delivered.

And the seller should really refund your return postage costs too in my opinion.
