Winning bidder pulled out of purchse - confused about what happens next

I listed our conservatory and it had lots of interest and bids. The guy who won the bid said about 3 days later that he had changed his mind as he couldn't collect it (was quite clear in the listing that they had to come and dismantle it and take it away). In my Ebay account it is still listed as sold and I presume I owe a fee (not a small one either) but then I got an email from Ebay saying that it hadn't sold Confused so does this mean he has cancelled his bid? I am currently waiting on a second chance bidder. Do I need to do something? I am thoroughly confused...

just open a non paying dispute - go to account then resolution centre and then I have't received payment yet. You can't open it until day 4, then you close it on day 7 to get your final fees back. Once that is done either second chance offer or relist it.

How could you get an email saying hasn't sold if it is showing as sold in your ebay - is that the second chance offer ending?
