I listed our conservatory and it had lots of interest and bids. The guy who won the bid said about 3 days later that he had changed his mind as he couldn't collect it (was quite clear in the listing that they had to come and dismantle it and take it away). In my Ebay account it is still listed as sold and I presume I owe a fee (not a small one either) but then I got an email from Ebay saying that it hadn't sold 
so does this mean he has cancelled his bid? I am currently waiting on a second chance bidder. Do I need to do something? I am thoroughly confused...
