Help please - password not accepted

I cannot log into ebay using a password that I've always used for my accounts. I can't ask over there,so I wondered if anyone has ever had a similar experience. Both of my accounts are refusing to acknowledge me.

This happened to me a few years ago and i had to contact ebay by phone. Turns out someone had hacked my account and was trying to sell GHDs using it! Ebay swiftly sorted it though and i just had to change my password. Just give them a telephone call pronto. Although do make sure your Caps Lock is off as have called up a company about my password not being accepted only to find i was total numpty :)

try clearing your cookies then log in again.
