Can I cancel this bid?

I have something on ebay which will end this evening. I have noticed that someone has bid on it, but when looking at their ID it states they are from Finland. On my listing it says I will only post to the UK. Incidentally this bidder only joined ebay yesterday. Am I allowed to cancel and block this bidder. I have sent him an email but worry he will not respond in time.

Don't know the answer to that, but I live in France and get stuff delivered from uk ebay to my sister's house in UK. Maybe he is doing similiar?

yes you can cancel it - you also need to tighten your settings to stop foreign bidders

you must only send any items sold to the address given by paypal - if a buyer wants it sent somewhere else they need to add that address to paypal before they pay

Send a message first if you haven't cancelled yet. I am similar to dilbertina, I buy things on ebay Germany and get them delivered to my sister or a friend.
