I'm new to eBay selling, and I think I may have made a grave error. I have a pair of shoes that are new. The leather is perfect. But I DID wear them from the car to a friends house (taking them off when I got in) and back out to the car again. So they are scuffed on the soles. Only slightly, but they have definitely been worn. Anyway. They were my very first ever listing. I listed them as 'New without box' and put 'black Mary janes, worn once' in the description.
But now I realise that I shouldn't have listed them as new. No bids on them yet, but 5 watching. What shall I do?

I am sure you can still revise your listing if you have watchers, once you have bidders you won't be able to.

Right, I'll do that. Will I lose the watchers?

yes just revise the listing. you may lose watchers, but better that than have a buyer claim not as described after delivery.

You're right. I've done it. Thanks for the advice. Smile
