i payed for some items as a pay pal guest ,2 have not come can i still get my money bk they have been well over 2 weeks selller says they have sent them but ive not got them

can you file a not receive via eBay if you are a paypal guest? If so from my eBay click on account, then resolution centre and then hit I haven't received it yet.

Have you got the emails confirming payment they will have a unique reference on them, you have to ring PayPal to file a dispute if you are a guest. Unless of course you purchased eBay items and paid via Checkout then you can file via eBay after the anticipated delivery date has passed.

What did the seller say when you told them it hadn't arrived? The seller can't chase the parcel until 15 (I think working) days have passed, until then RM don't class it as lost. So it may be that they are waiting for this time before chasing.

I usually ask buyer to check the obvious places - neighbours/Sorting Office etc, but will then refund as soon as the buyer confirms they have done this.

Please give the seller chance to resolve before filing a dispute as sellers get penalised so easily now on Ebay and most are more than willing to resolve the issue if gven a chance

I'd check with your local sorting/delivery office.
I had a package returned there (as I wasn't in) without the postie leaving a card.
I emailed the seller after a week and a half and got a description of the parcel and confirmation that there hadn't been a mix up.
Popped into the sorting office and lo and behold, there was my parcel.
