I have a non paying bidder at the moment and have had to open a case against her on ebay, despite several polite emails from me requesting payment. The really galling thing is that I can see she had been merrily buying lots of other items on ebay since she bought mine, and getting lots of nice positive feedback, "Instant payer, excellent buyer", etc etc!!! GRRRRRRRRR!! She's also started selling things herself. She's even already left 2 negative feedbacks for a seller despite only being a member of ebay herself since the middle of this month!!!
I just know she has no intention of paying me! She is a newbie, only about 16 transactions since she joined this month. I know this is an old chestnut of an arguement, but will she escape without any censure whatsoever from ebay for non-payment? Slight rap on the knuckles maybe?? Is her feedback not flagged in any way that she is a dodgy buyer and sellers beware??? Feel so much like leaving her a negative positive feedback like BEWARE SHE DOES NOT PAY! but I'd probably get negged in return! Ebay is so pro buyer, there should definitely be a case to leave a negative for a buyer who does not pay. Just needed to get that one off my chest, as the system seems to be so biased in favour of buyers, even when they do wrong !
