I won a buggy snuggle (well, paid the buy it now price) on 9 Nov. Due to me being an infrequent ebayer, I hadn't realised my card details had expired on paypal and ended up paying by an echeque so payment didn't clear until 16 Nov (which I appreciate is a pain for the seller and I've now updated by card details).
It was second class postage, so I was expecting it to take a while to arrive. However, the seller still hadn't marked it as sent by 23 Nov (7 days after payment cleared) so I messaged her that night asking when she would send it. I didn't hear back so I messaged again last night, this time saying that if there's a problem with the transaction please let me know. She's not responded to either message and it's still unsent on ebay.
The weather's getting colder and we need a buggy snuggle, so if she can no longer provide one I just want the chance to get a refund and buy another one!
Can some experienced ebayers give me some advice on what I should do next? I've never had a negative ebay experience before so have no idea how long to wait before asking for a refund (not sure even how to ask for a refund!).
