Dont understand why I cant list this item

Im trying to list a bottle of perfume to sell , but turbo lister wont let me. It says I may be in breach of ebay rules etc. Its all to do with the name in the title. Which is Flower by Kenzo , eau de toilette. I dont know how else to word it , because thats what its called ! Grr ive had enough. Any clue what Im doing wrong ?

Is it because it's a well known brand and you haven't authenticated your account?

I can't sell kids clothes which are brand names such as next, etc due to this. I had to tell them my bank acc details and they did something like put a few pence in my account and then I had to email them back and tell them how many pence. Apart from I forgot to email them back and i still can't sell brand name things.

Im not sure. What I dont understand is that I have listed another perfume , cacharel scarlett and that has been fine. Maybe its because the name Kenzo is also a clothing brand ? I do sometimes wonder if its worth all the hassle !
