I bought something and it is faulty, who pays postage to return it?

Have opened a dispute and the seller wants me to return it for testing. Accept I have to return it of course but it will cost around a tenner to do so, is that just a loss from my pocket?
Thanks!

a good seller will pay your return postage costs too - but there is no way you can enforce this sadly

you are entitled to all of your original payment back - item price and postage though.

If you need a courier have you tried collect plus - I find them cheaper and very quick

Thanks for that, will they do proof of delivery and insure against loss?

yes signature online trackable - all insured - worth a quote at least :)
