How do you 'reply' so it's seen on your feedback, to negative remarks that are unfair?

I just gotnsome unfair feedback on my eBay account. I noticed that on others feedback where there is a negative comment to person has a shown reply to that comment...how do I do that?
It's really unfair, but whe I looked at the persons feedback to others, it seems she makes a habit of being difficult over everything.

click on your own feedback score, then at the top click on feedback forum, then on the right hand side click on reply to feedback received.

What do they say in their feedback? - as long as you are calm and polite in your follow up you will be ok

Have you contacted them to ask how to resolve the problem?

It wasn't negative, just neutral. Saying the item described was used not new. It was new so am a bit peeved, especially as she got them for 99p and they were lovely. When I looked at her feedback given, she does it all the time. I just added..they were new, but was quite happy to return her money if she sent them back

remmeber to block as bidder so she does not buy more of your stuff

i just put 'buyer didn't contact me first before leaving feedback, giving no chance to rectify'

If you believe it is unfair, you can contact eBay and ask for it to be removed.

She hasn't come back to me at all, no response. She obviously doesn't want to return them as she got a real bargain and they are lovely. Just makes me cross as I always try really hard so that people are happy and it's the first bit of feedback I have that isn't positive
