What do I do? Seller has committed to buy, but now says she's not paying

Can I just cancel it? She sent me a message the same evening, which says:

'I don't want these I only just noticed the price your asking and I am not paying it'

wait until 4 days after end of auction and file non paying bidder report - then close it on day 7. You then get your final value fees back, buyer gets a strike and then you can relist.

I agree - charming. Why commit to buy it then? Only just noticed your price - oh right OK then!
