Ebay- Best offer?

I'm reasonably experienced on ebay but can't for the life of me see how to list an item for sale as a BEST OFFER ( not Buy it Now).

How to- and how do fees work for this?

I am selling a hand made pine chest of drawers and want a reasonable sum for it- but don't want to pay reserve fees.

Look in the top corner of your listing page and it says switch to a form with more options.

Then you have BIT price and a box under to tick for best offers

YOu have to list as Buy it Now and tick best offer.
