Can someone advise me please

I just sold some jeans on eBay, stating postage to UK only. The buyer who won contacted me after the listing had ended to say she had moved to Sweden and can I change the postage to £10 so I can post it there.

Her paypal address is in a different name and in Brighton, yet her eBay account says her Sweden address.

Having only sold three or four things on eBay before I don't know what to do! What do you suggest? And I wouldn't have a clue how to change the invoice!

You should only ship to the Paypal address otherwise you will not have any protection against disputes.

If you are happy to post to Sweden you could refund her money, and invoice her again with the correct postage. She would have to change her address on Paypal before paying you. You would also need to check on the Royal Mail website for the correct postage. It is advisable to send them a tracked method such as Airsure or International Signed For.

Otherwise, refund her money and cancel the sale to get your fees back.
