Buyer asking to cancel as she bid by mistake - WWYD?

I've been trying to sell a car seat for AGES on eBay. Finally I get a bidder and she then emails me in the last hours of listing to tell me she's new to this, she's already got one and would I mind unwinding the contract.

She has no feedback and bid early in the process, so I think I believe her story of innocence/ignorance.

BUT she did bid, it's an auction site FFS, and I wonder if the late change of heart means she's found it cheaper elsewhere. Don't see why I should lose out because of it. All my feedback is good and I don't particularly want to be nasty about it, but a sale's a sale.

WWYD? And if I push this, what happens next?

I think you should cancel her bid. at the end of the day you cant force her to hand over money for the car, so no mileage in being difficult.
She could get a strike for not paying for an item but if she has no feedback anyway then she doesnt have much to lose.

you can cancel your own bid if auction not finished but I would ask her to agree to cancellation of transaction that way you get yuor fees back
