Just thought I'd let UK ebayers know that Thomas the unspeakable bloody train and his cohorts are becoming mad popular over here (Italy). dd has just given me permission (hallelujah) to get rid of our substantial collection....have so far made about £200 on the little metal take-along trains alone. Some of them I'm getting 12 euro for. (single trains) I paid about £3.99 IIRC.New here they are about 18 euro. The old metal carry cast thing fetched 30 euro, I think I paid about £12 for it.
Even with the faff of posting abroad, you can make a killing. (ebayers keep emailing me and asking for more and I am telling them all to look on ebay uk.
