Very Very Annoying buyer

I sell craft items from my Ebay Shop. They do not have a high profit but the theory was it was better to sell lots of low profit items than keep in stock a couple of high price items that may or may not sell.

On Thursday I got an email from a buyer who said she had put 2 items in her basket, could I do both of them for a set price including postage. Two minutes later she had bought the items (I was having lunch so didn't see the email). She then emailed again to say could I do both for this low price inc postage. Basically postage would have been free if I had done as she asked.

I sent her an invoice for the full amount and in the Note to your Buyer section explained that I couldn't take offers as my profit margin was so small.

Yesterday I got an email from her complaining I hadn't responded to her email and asking me to resend the invoice for this lower price.

I emailed her and explained again that I couldn't drop my prices and offering to cancel the purchase.

I have had an email today from her asking for my best price.

AAAAAARGHHHH

She has a feedback of zero, joined in 2009, and has changed her ID TWICE in the past 6 weeks.

Well I think you may have to ignore and just open a non payer case on day 4. She should have asked first before buying, not demand a discount later. You've done all you can. I guess she doesn't understand how eBay works.

Agree with Fergoose. And I am probably known for being too nice to buyers, but you've tried twice and she obviously doesn't want to listen.

I've replied quite tersely today with "This is my Best Price"
