Ebay sale - parcel returned to me for no reason? WWYD

Posted a parcel to a buyer several days after auction finished. It was returned to me at weekend with sticker on from Royal Mail but no reason why unable to deliver. I have checked the Paypal address and it is addressed correctly. I have tried google maps to see if I can see the property (flats) but not obvious. It was a confirmed Paypal address as well.

Usually a parcel that is too large for letterbox has a card left for it and then it needs collecting from sorting office, but this was returned too quick for that.

The person is a new Ebayer (feedback 2) and I have sent two emails to them - with no response. There was no response from them during auction when I emailed to say item had been sent, but that is not unusual.

I dont know how long to leave it before I re-list the item (and refund her money as well) as I know people are not always by a PC 24-7 - she may only use one once a week or so. It was paid for on the day the auction finished and that was over 2 weeks ago - I had been expecting her to chase why she hadnt received it.

Any ideas?

I would email again, give her maybe 7 days, then if no response refund and relist

the postie doesn't always leave a card, your buyer may have been taken ill, any reason really.

has she been bidding since - checked with goofbay?

how about pulling her contact details and phoning her.

I have tried to find her contact number but there is none listed. She has only bought two items - both in the last month, but I dont want to pester as the item (and one other item bought) are baby items.

I will just wait it out I think.
