I bid and won a pair of heeleys which stated they were perfect condition. Picture was fab too and I won them for 99p which was starting price and I was only bidder. Paid straight away via paypal on 7/11 including £6 postage.

Had an email today (6 days later) saying the heeleys I bid on and paid for are not the ones she has for sale and can I request a refund.

Now I'm confused. I think ebayer is not happy with price she sold them for but if I request a refund I'm ending the sale. I bid in good faith and these were a as present for my son.

What should I do??

no I agree the seller should sell at the price you paid, and what does she mean they are different ones!? The auction shouldn't have been for a totally different pair. She should refund you in full herself, or you can do a not received via paypal for a refund and escalate it immediately. But the seller has the power to refund, and if she isn't sending them then she must refund immediately. Oh and if she tries to cancel transaction you can refuse it, or she will get her fees back.

And you must report as a non performing seller, and leave appropriate neg feedback too :)

It gets more confusing. Seller is saying she used a pic of her sons heeleys by accident (size 7 mans style) and shoul have sold her daughters heeleys....... She has said she is relisting her sons. I have said this is not acceptable and will leave very neg feedback if she does this.

This isn't right is it. She is still saying she won't refund unless I cancel the sale. But I want what I bought and paid for.

Listing defo stated genuine heeleys worn oncein excellet as new condition. She is saying she can send me non heeleys which are in worn codition or I can request refund.

no she is wrong, and she knows it. She is effectively blackmailing you into you cancelling the transaction before she gives you back your money.

right log into paypal yourself, at the top go to dispute a transaction and then take it from there. Escalate immediately

Then go ahead leave a neg, 'non performing seller did not get enough for item' or such like - do not mention refund, paypal or dispute in your feedback

Paypal will refund you the money themselves, and then report her for non performing seller on the link I gave you

and when she sends you a request to cancel the transaction please refuse it, if you ignore it she will get her fees back.
