How to make purchases on Feedback private.

Relatively new to Ebay and a buyer not a seller.
I have received about 12 items which are presents for family members who are also Ebayers. If I leave Feedback and they peek at it they are going to see what they are getting for Christmas.(and what I paid!)
Can I make my purchases private?
I suppose I could just not leave Feedback but this seems unfair.

Even if your feedback is private they can still see what you have bought via goofbay which shoes your purchases for the last 180 days.

Best thing to do is get another ID and use that for your gift purchases and dont tell them what the id is.
