Seller not replying to my emails

i won a collection only item on 23/10. I emailed on the 24/10 offering to collect that day then had a reply saying that I could collect either on a Tuesday or thursday evening. I was fine with this but as it was half term last week and a bit awkward, could I collect it this week unless they wanted it collected sooner in which case I'd try and get someone to collect it for me.

I had a message asking for my phone number to discuss collection which I gave and have heard nothing since. I tried to arrange to pick it up Tuesday and today but they haven't replied to my last three emails.

What should I do?

leave feedback and move on I reckon - was it a bargain I wonder and they don't want to let you have it? Have they relisted it?

I won it for the start price of £20. A reasonable price for what it is. It's not on their current listings but they do have some items listed so they must have some Internet connection to have listed more stuff.

have you tried phoning them?

Seller just phoned and I'm going to collect on Monday. Her dh was supposed to be sorting it all out last week but didn't. I get the impression that he's not in the good books .
