Private feedback?

Why would you want to set your feedback to private if you're a genuine buyer?
I have a bidder on one of my items
with private feedback but feel apprehensive.

they don't want others to see what they are buying - or they are a seller with bad feedback, or they are selling sensitive items like undies and they want to give their buyers anonymity

If you are not happy cancel their bid and block them

my feedback on ebay is private, for the simple reason i dont want people snooping on me buying there xmas presents, :)

you can not sell with private feedback but you can buy
