I'm new to ebay and sold 2 bags of clothes that were dd's. One is age 2-3, the other 3-4. I've discovered I've put a pair of denim cut offs in the 2-3 bag that are 3-4 and vice versa. Trouble is I've already posted one bag. What to do now?

tell the recipient of the wrong item you will either send them an sae to return the item to you - or ask them if you can paypal the post cost and they can send it back to you

thanks. Should I send the other parcel minus the missing trousers and explain they are to follow or just delay the posting until the trousers come back?

up to you - I would be inclined to send them now and send others later.

Just keep buyers informed and am sure it will be ok.

I would send them now saying cutoffs are missing, do not promise them in case first buyer does not return them, in this case it might be an idea as not sent yet to ask second buyer what they want

a.]cancel transaction completely
b.]have the stuff now and you send on cut offs later ( at your expense sorry!) if cutoffs dont come back you will give a small refund
c.] send stuff now with partial refund to make up for missing item
