Here for auction we have a superb tabletop dishwasher by Naiko, this dishwasher comes with all the neccessary pipes that are needed,

There is a little cosmetic wear on the dishwasher and a little rust underneath however on the good side the inside of the dishwasher is in pristine condition with the oroginal tray and cutlery tub,

Excellent item for any home

Low start price, as i dont have room anymore, so have fun bidding

What I actually got was a piece of crap which flooded my kitchen within seconds of being turned on!!!

The seller now says it is my fault that SHE didn't wrap it properly and that damage shown in the pictures happened in transit. Personally I think she knew it was faulty.
She has offered me a partial refund

AIBU to refuse this?

I have got it sorted she is now offering a full refund and I can keep the dishwasher and have it mended what a turn around after seein the photos.

However, I would like to compliment you on your excellent choice of work-top! It looks exactly like mine.

That amount of rust proves it has been leaking for a long time, rather than something that happened in transit!
I've heard if you open the dispute with eBay rather than paypal you may not have to send it back but still get your full refund, not sure.
