Agh! Can't get my money

My eBay user name is one letter different to my paypal user name.

I've sold lots in the past with no problem. This week I've sold four things but received no money. I discovered this is because the paypal link on eBay is misspelt.

I've tried to change it but it doesn't seem to have worked & is driving me mad.

Any help?

can you log into paypal and add the 'wrong' email address to that account so the money is then available?

Otherwise you will have to get buyers to cancel the payment and then amend your linked account in eBay and invoice them again.

I had a similar problem to yours recently and I called the number and it was all sorted in 10 minutes and I got my money. I was amazed at how helpful they were.
