I currently have 2 non payers who I have opened cases against
& I sold an expensive pair of leather boots on there for a measly £16.01 & she has said they are not as described as she will have to re-heel them & I had stated very little use.........well there was very little use & politely explained that a lot of boots/shoes these days haveA cheaper heels on them that usually last less than a month before needing re-heeling.I did apologise as after I posted them I remembered I forgot to clean the mud off the soles (on one of the very few occasions I wore them).
So I said fine you can have a refund when what I wanted to say was you got a pair of beautiful soft leather boots that cost over £100 for a small ammount of spends as you probably changed you mind......all because I want a 100% rating
& some of the other stuff that has sold has either gone for a pittance or remains unsold
am thinking maybe I wil take a break from all this after the dresses have been listed
Am I being a moany old bag (I know I am really but feel like being a grumple about it :o )
