Packet or letter - item to Croatia

Hi

Fairly new to selling on ebay and been asked if I'd send an item to Croatia.
Willing to post but not sure how much additional postage to charge - item weighs about 235g but do i need to charge for small packet or letter? Its a couple of baby clothes.

It will be too bulky to be a letter so will be packet rate.

Make sure you keep proof of postage in case the item goes missing and you need to claim.

Seems confusing as a packet is less than a letter to send?

I guess packets are sent by a slower cheaper method then?
