what is keyword spamming please?

OK just had my wrist slapped but thought I was OK!

Suppose I have listings from monsoon, phase 8 and boden and i put in my monsoon item please see my other items from phase 8 and boden is that OK or is it keyword spamming?

I thouhgt it was listing my primark toy and then putting the words little tikes, playskool, elc, early learning centre, letterbox and GLTC in my listing?

or is it both?

it is using keywords in your title or listing which are not relevant to the item, so if you say cardigan like Monsoon that is not allowed.

when you sell your boden dress you can only mention boden in title; in the description you can say please look at my other items from monsoon pumpkin patch etc but if in title that is keyword spamming as if i search for pumpkin patch your boden dress comes up and that is not required and is confusing for buyers

also if selling a smart trike you can't put ELC in title as ELC don't make smart trike

you can however say an "art nouveau style mirror" even if new as it is describing style however if you call it an "art nouveau mirror" that is wrong as it is not an antique
