Return issue, do I open a case?

Received a coat today that had the size label cut out and was much smaller than the size it was listed at. As well as this there were a few problems the seller hadn't listed. I have contacted her, told her the coat is not as described and I would like a refund. She has said no probs, send the coat back asap so that she can relist.

Do I need to open a case? I went to, but it mentioned contacting the buyer and trying to sort it with them first. Should I send the coat back and see what happens, open a case only if seller becomes difficult? I know I am entitled to refund of original postage costs but should she pay the return postage?

Sorry about all the questions! Thanks

Seller doesn't have to refund your postage fees, which is really unfair I think but hey ho. Make sure you send it signed for or seller can say they never received it.

You don't need to open a case. Seller can refund without you doing that. Obviously if she doesn't then you can open a case.
