I bought 'those' Topshop boots and couldn't get my foot in one. Seller said to post back for refund and she would pay the postage as the boots must be faulty.
I sent them back recorded but emailed her saying I would accept a refund of £6.50 towards the cost as that is what she charged to post them out.
I had to chase her for 4 days for the refund and now she hasn't done the postage as he said she would, so it's now cost me £10 for a pair of boots I don't have! Do I just have to suck this up? It seems mad to be that much out of pocket when the item was faulty!
Thanks.
