Sold a bundle of clothes for £2.70. Buyer is not happy with them and wants a refund but she does not want to post back as postage cost is £4 something. What would you do? Many thanks.

It would strike me that if they aren't prepared to return the item, they shouldn't ask for a refund unless the item was significantly not as described. Why are they unhappy? If they wont post the items back, I would not offer a refund unless there were particular circumstances (eg significantly not as described).

If they open an ebay dispute, they will ask the buyer to send the items back to you recoreded post, and to upload the postage tracking info, so they will have to post the items back to you in that case.

Why is the buyer unhappy with the item?

sorry but if they are not willing to return then no refund - what are they after free clothes?

If they are not as described then you should refund them their return postage costs also.

You could give them a partial refund and they still would be unhappy.

She says item is not as described although items is as described!
'Poorest bundle she has ever had.'

ok - well tell her to refund them for a refund - if she opens a case with eBay that is what she will have to do.
