I've won a bundle and the seller says she doesn't have a box large enough but has double bagged and managed to get within the dimensions I asked for...will a courier take it do people know?

I was thinking of using parcel monkey...

I don't know - am not sure if it would be strong enough.

Why are you organising the courier - the seller should be doing that.

I woluld say if she has put them in decent bags and taped it enough it will be fine. At least if they throw it around nothing will get broken!

Fergoose-pick up was clearly stated, but I asked if she'd allow for me to arrange courier and she agreed. To be honest, she has been great so far so apart from not having a box, she has done everything else she can to help.

Can't find anywhere on the website that says it has to be in a box, just well packaged. Well, have booked it so we will see!

Thanks for the replies :)

oh right OK. Just you are relying on her packing correctly and waiting for your courier.

a bag is fine... it is in your best interest but certainly not in sellers best interests for you to arrange courier, as she can not prove she delivered item, we have done this with large items before and had no problems often people say collection only as they think too big too heavy to post but are often quitte happy for you o arrange courier. pick up only severely limits the price you will get for items unless you live in big city

After all that, she found a box. Thanks for the replies :)
