I won something in July from a seller with 100% feedback. It never arrived. I emailed her three weeks after I won it to ask about it. She never replied. A week after my email, I raised a case which she never replied to. The case was eventually escalated and ebay found in my favour. I just wondered whether ebay takes any action against her? I also find the whole thing odd as she has loads of nothing but positive feedback. Any thoughts?
