Is it worth chasing up?

Bought a book off ebay, overall with postage cost me about £3.

It never arrived. Seller says she sent it and gave the post office and time etc.

Is it worth pursuing or should I just let it go?

Pursue. It's the sellers responsibility. She may have proof of postage in which case I'm not sure. The eBay resolution centre is very efficient IME.

i would persue it. i would ask for a refund. she can claim it back ffrom the post office

put in a dispute for item not recieved-you will get a full refund

yes open case but be polite occasionally things to go missing in post though not that often if she has certificate of posting she can claim money back from postoffice you will have to wait 15 working days from date of postage though
