Item I sent has not arrived - Who is liable for refund?

Sold a few items on ebay. Posted on saturday all second class. One buyer received item on monday, two buyers received on Wednesday but the forth hasnt received hers at all. They are all similar packages (girls coats) but this was a boden duffel coat. I did get proof of postage.

Where do i stand if after the recommended 20 working day pass and It still hasn't arrived? Thanks

After 15 working days (3 weeks) you then refund the buyer and claim from royal mail using your proof of postage.
