how to send a new invoice

we've already sent one and buyer asked for another as payment didn't go through (for some reason!) can't find a link to do another, anyone know what i can do?

you shouldn't need to - they just need to go to the item, and click pay now. Or click pay now from the item in their eBay. You can also click the arrow next to the item in your sold items on eBay and select send payment details.

oh it was weird and said payment failed, now i see they have paid but have paid way too much! arse

will have to refund some back. thanks anyway
