Inaccurate description

Purchased a purse of eBay and it was described as new with tags.

It has arrived and there are visible signs of wear on the edges.

What feedback should I leave?

Don't leave any feedback without giving the seller a chance to resolve it first.

Contact them and tell them you are not happy and why. They hopefully will come back and either offer a partial refund or for you to return it and have a full refund.

What would you like to do with the purse? Are you happy to use it as is or do you want to return it?

Happy to use as is but it was described as brand new with tags and there is obvious signs of wear with wear on edges and little chunks out of edges.

Have e-mailed seller.

Will wait and see how we get on.

So seller got back to me and refunded 50%.

Good result then. I would leave positive feedback but still say what happened.
