Ebay annoys me sometimes when things go wrong

I bought some clothing for my dd from ebay. When it arrived, it was the wrong size (seller had listed it as a different size).

I contacted seller, who apologised and offered refund, said they didn't want the item back. When I checked my paypal balance they had refunded me the amount the item was sold for but not postage. The balance was showing on my account.

I've just checked my balance today and the money appears to have disappeared - does anyone know what might have happened? I've definitely not spent it.

the money will have gone back to where it came from - bank account? You should contact the seller again and ask for the balance to be refunded in full.
