Notification of payment on paypal, showing not yet paid on eBay?

should I send the item if the payment is showing in Paypal but not on eBay as paid?
New to this and don't want to get it wrong!

you got an email stating payment made, and when you log into paypal the payment is showing there in your history?

According to paypal, the payment was made to me at 8.40pm last night, and is showing as a payment received. eBay is showing it as a not yet paid item, and isn't prompting me to send the item to the buyer. Very odd!

and the payment is there in paypal when you log in? - don't just trust an email, you have to check paypal.co.uk

Yep, payment is there in paypal too. So, do I trust paypal or eBay? It's only a low value item so tempted to just post it.. Just seems strange.
