Which address should I use?

I'm fairly experienced at selling on eBay (600+ transactions) but have never come across this before - would appreciate any advice.

One of my buyers has given a different shipping address on the eBay 'sold' notification email to that used on the PayPal payment notification.

Which is the correct address to use? I've emailed her to ask but have had no reply and need to go to the Post Office today

I'd use the paypal one. Otherwise you aren't covered if there's a dispute.

only send to to the paypal address

if she wants to use a different address you need to refund, ask her to add the other address to paypal as a gift address, then pay you selecting the gift address
