DSD had ticket bought for her in april as 18th birthday present by her mum. despite my scepticism they paid for i by credit card. surprise surprise the seller has disappeared and promised ticket has never arrived. dsd only realised this week that she was never going to get the ticket and they'd been fleeced.
so, what redress does she/mum have? I've said police, trading standards, anything else??
