Please can anyone explain to me the difference, or point me towards the answer on the PayPal website? I'm sure there is (or at least used to be) a lower limit on the amount of money you could receive each month on the Personal account, but it's free whereas you get charges on the Premier account.
I'm selling a Phil & Teds on ebay at the moment and trying to figure out which of my two PayPal accounts I should use. The PayPal website is sooooo uninformative.
