Changing address - settings for searching on distance

This is driving me mad.

If I've already changed my address on my account settings, how do I get the search function to stop using my old postcode for items 'nearest' to me and use the new one?

I'm looking for furniture for my new house and it just keeps bringing up stuff that's very convenient for my old house, but a leeetle bit far (150miles) for the new one.

Help please before I put teethmarks in my laptop.

log out and log in again?

delete cookies maybe?

ok, do a search on something in list view.
When the page comes up just above the 'sort by' box my page says "postage to"
If you click on that you can change it and save it.
The next search should then default to that postcode (just worked for me)
