What am I doing wrong?

I need to refund some money to a buyer. It's only £1.51 so luckily he's not harrassing me too badly. I've tried 3 times to transfer the money to my PP account but each time it says failed. There is enough money in my current account so what could I be doing wrong??

you are transferring money from your bank account to paypal first? This takes 4-5 days i think then you can process the refund to the buyer.

Other than that, no idea? Bank details are all correct?

If you go into your paypal account (can access via Ebay) you can look at your recent transcations. Go to the transaction you want to refund - look across the line and it will say 'details'. Click on that and you should be able to issue a direct refund to the person (via your paypal account).
