what would you suggest I do?

Only some washable avent breast pads but the item clearly said ships to uk. The winning bidder is from Denmark. Winner Not paid yet only finished tonight

What would you suggest?

Also going forward should I try to block bidders from other countries? And how do I do this?

sorry Mutt but I don't think you understand what I am saying

I am well aware paypal fees are refunded when payment is refunded - but 2 paypal payments for 1 ebay item is incorrect, and it will attract 2 paypal fees.

This is a totally separate issue to a NPB report.

I have been a buyer and seller on ebay for over 11 years, and if the buyer pays the incorrect amount you have to refund it and send the correct invoice. Check with ebay or the community boards if you don't believe me.

fergoose doesn't sound very irate to me.Hmm Anyway, if you send a second invoice through PP you will pay the extra 20p per transaction fee. If the buyer needs to pay a second amount, it's no more difficult to pay the whole amount in one go. I've done it for overseas buyers a couple of times and it's been no problem at all. It's so much less complicated if you end up needing to refund for some reason.

am not irate at all! :)

if you have 2 payments for 1 transaction it can cause all sorts of problems, as well as the extra fees - but anyway will bow out now.
